How to terminate an employment contract skilfully? What legal grounds for termination of employment are available under Spanish law? What do I do if a court rules that a dismissal is unlawful?

 

We act for our clients in the process of termination of an employment contract by mutual agreement of the parties, expiry of the agreed term of the contract or completion of the task or service for which the contract was concluded, or on the resignation or dismissal of the employee.
